Outcomes are never guaranteed — but the standard is high, the work is serious, and the trajectory should make sense.

Catcher — SUNY Plattsburgh

My confidence behind the plate is the highest it’s ever been — and I committed to play college ball in the fall of my senior year.

Coach Nick has helped my offensive and defensive game improve dramatically. When I first started working with him my pop time was around a 2.4, now 3 years later it is a 1.92. My framing and blocking have improved and my confidence behind the plate is the highest it’s ever been. At the plate, I have gained much more power, contact, line drive consistency, and confidence in myself at the plate. Coach Nick also helped me prepare for college and has been extremely supportive throughout my college recruiting process. As a result, I committed to play in college in the fall of my senior year and am currently in the fall season of college baseball.

Long-term relationships — not one-off lessons.

Working with Nick has been a game changer for my son. Nick’s 360 model, where he works with kids across all aspects of their game — not only skills, but also strength and speed, mental development, etc — is really unique. Beyond that, Nick’s unique capabilities as a catching coach are unparalleled. My son loves working with him because he makes the game fun, at the same time he pushes his kids. I love working with him because he is super professional and buttoned up, and just an easy person to collaborate with. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Nick has been an incredible coach to my son Johnny for several years. He’s helped him to successfully face elite velocity, hit strong to all fields, think through his approach at the plate, and have a strong mental and physical game. I highly recommend him to parents and their kids of all ages that are looking to improve their game.

Nick has been an incredible hitting coach for Toby, helping him improve not only his swing but also his overall approach to the game. At a critical time when Toby’s confidence was low, Nick gave him the tools and mindset to work through challenges and believe in himself again. He emphasized the importance of moving on quickly after setbacks, focusing on the “next play,” and not letting one at-bat define the day. Most importantly, Nick reminded Toby that baseball should be fun, even when he’s not hitting his best. His guidance has had a lasting impact on Toby both on and off the field.
